Job summary

HelloFresh Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate I in Mississauga, ON to support receiving, picking, counting, and shipping of groceries with strict safety and quality standards.

You will follow FIFO/FEFO, use warehouse management systems, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate with Production Management to keep material flow efficient. Prior warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods; regular bending, twisting, and walking.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience in food processing or similar.
• Experience with Inventory management and control; English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; overtime possible.
• Willingness to work in refrigerated environments (-20°C to 4°C).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment following safety policies.
• Receive and unload shipments; verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Count, weigh, label, and store items per SOPs and FIFO/FEFO rules.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Use warehouse management systems and participate in material flow planning.
• Prepare ship-out documents and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Production Management to ensure efficient operations.
