Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or related field required, or a high school diploma with 2+ years in a human services setting.
• Knowledge of child development; 1+ year of daycare or school setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach parents on parenting skills using a strengths-based approach and track visitation goals.
• Supervise parent-child visits in homes, offices, or community settings and ensure child safety.
• Observe and document parent-child interactions and report progress to the social worker.
• Transport foster children to and from visitation appointments and provide related support services.
