Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or related field, or high school diploma with 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of child development
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities

• Willingness to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Coach parents using a strengths-based approach to improve visitation skills
• Supervise visits and ensure child safety during sessions
• Observe and document parent-child interactions and report progress
• Transport children to visits and provide support services per program requirements
