Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida seeks a dedicated Case Manager for the Veterans Treatment Court to guide participants through treatment plans and court supervision. The role emphasizes coordinating services, tracking progress, and preparing timely reports for staffings and hearings, with strong collaboration across treatment providers and judiciary.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience, with CRPS or CAP credentials preferred

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, criminal justice, mental health counseling, or a closely related field is required or substitution by related experience.
• Three years of related professional experience required; substitutions allowed by education.
• Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) preferred.
• Certified Addiction Professional or Certified Mental Health Professional preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Orient participants to program requirements and phases.
• Develop and update individualized case plans.
• Maintain regular in-person contact with participants weekly.
• Coordinate referrals to mental health, trauma treatment, housing, and employment services.
• Monitor progress, treatment adherence, and court requirements.
• Communicate with treatment providers, attorneys, probation officers, and the VTC team.
