Qualifications

Must be a born-again Christian.
Must be a credible Christian role model whose godly lifestyle demonstrates obedience to God and the Holy Bible.
Must support and comply with the school's Statement of Faith and Christian Conduct.
Must be a member of an evangelical, Bible-believing church.
Must have health and physical endurance to complete responsibilities.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work independently, manage time, and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to follow verbal and written directions and implement feedback.
Work well under pressure with a positive work ethic.
Self-motivated, creative, innovative, and strategic thinking.
Experience with children of various ages preferred.
NFHS coaching courses and First Aid/CPR required.
TB clearance and background checks required.
Mandatory Reporter and Harassment Training completion.
