Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to promote Brenau effectively to prospective students.
• Ability to relate very well to prospective students and families.
• Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
• Must be punctual, dress professionally and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with Freshmen and Transfer inquiries and maintain contact through the admissions funnel via email, phone, in-person visits and other activities while working toward enrollment goals.
• Meet weekly contact goals and document interactions in the Slate CRM.
• Develop strategic territory travel and outreach plans for the assigned geographic territory.
• Evaluate application files and make admissions decisions per current policies.
• Create yield plans for accepted applicants; coordinate dialogue between the accepted applicant and the Brenau community.
• Serve as liaison to assigned academic schools/colleges by meeting with faculty to share and gather information.
• Assist with office activities including mailings, data entry, and file maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
