Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to promote Brenau effectively, honestly, and openly.
• Must relate well to prospective students of all ages and families.
• Must be self-motivated, highly organized and dedicated to representing the University.
• Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
• Must provide high level of customer service while abiding by Brenau policies.
• Must be punctual and dress professionally.
• Must foster positive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with Freshmen and Transfer inquiries and maintain contact through the admissions funnel by email, phone, in-person visits and other activities while working toward enrollment goals.
• Meet weekly contact goals and document interactions in the Slate CRM.
• Manage assigned territories developing relationships with students, families and counselors.
• Develop strategic territory travel and outreach plans (virtual and on-ground).
• Evaluate application files and admit applicants per policy.
• Create yield plans for accepted applicants and coordinate dialogue between applicants and Brenau community.
• Serve as liaison to assigned academic school by meeting with faculty to share and gather information.
• Assist with office activities including mailings, data entry, and file maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
