• Facilitate individual and group treatment interventions and develop treatment plans based on assessments.
• Promote engagement and coping skills, plan incentives, and address behavioral concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of clinical files per protocols and laws.
• Document and track treatment plans and monitor inmate progress to ensure program completion.
