Responsibilities

• Procure, check quality, prepare and issue food at the Food Service Department.
• Ensure correct textures, temperatures, and portioning for tray line meals.
• Assist with meal preparation and opening cans as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas; wear hair nets and gloves.
• Operate dishwashing and monitor chemicals; assist with deliveries as needed.
