Job summary

ITC Holdings Corp. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee transmission electric system capital improvement projects from initiation to completion. You will assemble cross‑functional teams, develop detailed baselines, and monitor schedules and costs to meet scope and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling proficiency (Primavera/MS Project), and experience in electric utility construction. Travel may be required; PMI PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Construction Management.
• Eight+ years in project/construction management in electric utility construction; transmission experience preferred.
• Senior level requires twelve+ years in project/construction management; leadership of cross-functional teams.
• PMI PMP certification preferred and scheduling tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent transmission electric system capital improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams for high-priority projects.
• Develop and monitor detailed baseline project schedules and critical paths.
• Manage monthly cash flow projections and cost variances.
• Review contractor quotes, issue POs, and approve change orders.
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
