Job summary

Macon, GA-based ATC Healthcare Services is hiring a Training Specialist for the IDD Crisis Center Health Education and Coaching. You will develop and deliver training, track learning data in the LMS, and ensure compliance across CPI, CPR, First Aid, AED, and renewals.

You will coordinate onboarding experiences, engage employees, organize training logistics, and report outcomes to support high-quality patient care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field.
• Minimum two years of training experience.
• Familiarity with Crisis Services and IDD support needs.
• Four years of healthcare documentation and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Learning & Marketing Support: Rollout and delivery of training initiatives across River Edge.
• Information Management: Track, monitor, and report learning data in the LMS for compliance.
• Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and coordinate events.
