Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Minimum of 1 year completing comprehensive functional assessments and behavior support plans.
• Minimum of 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs.
• At least 35 hours of education/training in behavior analysis and behavioral support.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support plans designed by a Behavior Analyst.
• Use evidence-based crisis response strategies and document behavior data.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
