Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Corrections, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field required.
• Two years related work experience preferred; additional years may substitute for education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to make independent judgments; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain employee training files in accordance with company policy and ACA standards.
• Plan, develop, direct, coordinate, schedule, conduct, and facilitate staff training for compliance with policy, licensing, certifying, and accrediting agencies.
• Develop training lesson plans and update as necessary.
• Maintain tracking files for employee training hours.
