New Jersey Harm Reduction Coalition in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking a part-time Training and Capacity Building Manager to lead its training ecosystem, match organizations with experienced trainers, and manage schedules and logistics.

You will design and deliver trainings, coach stakeholders, maintain systems to scale operations, and represent NJHRC in external trainings and advocacy—driving statewide impact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the training ecosystem, including trainer roster and scheduling.
• Own logistics end-to-end: track requests, manage calendars, coordinate materials, and follow up for delivery.
• Build and maintain systems (spreadsheets, databases, PM tools) to scale operations.
• Serve as primary contact for organizations seeking training and maintain strong relationships.
