You will coordinate testing activities, recruit and train testers, and manage logistics for assignments across Modesto, Stockton, and Santa Rosa. The role emphasizes ethical standards, data collection, and collaboration with the Testing Manager to ensure accurate testing processes and meaningful advocacy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in testing coordination, civil rights investigations, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.
• Experience recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers or participants.
• Strong communication skills, with diverse groups of testers.
• Spanish fluency or proficiency in additional languages spoken by CRLA’s client communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistical coordination of testing assignments and ensure accurate execution of testing protocols.
• Organize and schedule testing activities, select test locations, coordinate tester participation, and manage timelines.
• Serve as primary point of contact for testers, providing guidance, support, and clear communication.
• Facilitate training sessions on testing protocols, legal frameworks, and ethical standards.
• Maintain communication with Testing Manager to align with program goals.
