Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution
• A valid teaching license issued by the Illinois State Board of Education, with the appropriate endorsement(s) for the role
• Endorsement in LBS1

Responsibilities

• Instruct and monitor student progress, track and discipline as assigned
• Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and general education teachers
• Set goals for individual education plans (IEPs) and align with district guidelines
• Create and maintain a respectful, inclusive classroom culture
