Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required Illinois paraprofessional licensure.
• Prior experience in educational or child care setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individual, small-group, or large-group instruction under teacher supervision.
• If assigned to work with students with special needs, implement accommodations and supports specified in students' IEPs.
• Facilitate classroom routines and organize materials to support learning.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and staff to support objectives.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students.
