Qualifications

• At least one year of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, HR, or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, evaluation-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Match qualified candidates with client openings in Light Industrial, Office Services, Skilled Trades, and Professional positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Follow up with associates to ensure successful placements and retention.
