Regent Surgical Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to join our operating room team in Beaverton, OR. You will scrub, assist the RN circulator, and prepare cases, ensuring sterile technique and instrument integrity throughout perioperative care.

Ideal candidates have CST certification or 10+ years of experience in lieu of certification, high school diploma, and BLS. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety in a fast-paced ASC environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate required or 10+ years of experience in lieu of certification.
• Certification in CST or equivalent education considered essential.

Responsabilités

• Scrub with the surgeon and assist the RN circulator in procedures.
• Prepare cases, arrange instruments and supplies, and maintain sterility.
• Verify patient data, positioning, and equipment per protocol.
• Restock ORs and support other rooms as needed.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
