Job summary

UCP Oregon is hiring a full-time Supported Living Specialist to help adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes. The role is 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be able to transport clients in your car: valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, 2+ years driving experience, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Pass a reference check, a physical with a lifting test of 50 lbs, and a criminal history background check.
• Experience in developmental disability field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in their own houses or apartments.
• Build relationships one-on-one with clients and assist with daily activities and community involvement.
