Mencap in Castleford (WF10) is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team and help adults with learning disabilities live independent, fulfilling lives.

You will assist with daily activities, finances, meals and tenancy tasks, support social activities, and build meaningful relationships. Rotas are prepared 4 weeks in advance, with shifts including evenings and weekends; a sleep-in option is available with enhanced pay.
