Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Specialist to respond to internal incident reports across global procurement, planning, and logistics platforms. You will own intake, evaluation, debugging, escalation, communication, and tracking of incidents across ERP, PR apps, and related systems.

You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, Engineering, and Program Management to solve complex problems, implement improvements, and support system migrations while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain systems, technical support, ERP/MRP administration, or related role.
• Hands-on debug expertise with ERP, MRP, WMS, PLM, or procurement platforms.
• Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts and how they relate to software tools and data objects.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven and proactive problem-solver.
• Excellent communication skills for leadership and cross-team discussions.
• U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across ERP, procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics systems.
• Monitor intake of reported software problems and triage by urgency and impact.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide context to development teams.
• Develop workarounds and best practices to minimize disruption.
• Escalate to engineering when needed and communicate fixes.
• Partner across Procurement, IT, Engineering, and Business Systems to drive cross-functional solutions.
