Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Anduril's Supply Chain organization is building the systems infrastructure to scale procurement, planning, and logistics across a rapidly growing defense technology portfolio. Within this organization, the Digital Supply Chain function is responsible for optimizing supply chain operations through implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the digital platforms that power sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, and supplier management. The team ensures that supply chain processes are efficient, scalable, and integrated with the latest industry standards.
As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist, your primary responsibility is to respond to reported supply chain system incidents submitted by internal stakeholders across Anduril's global supply chain user base. You will own the intake, evaluation, debug, escalation, communications, and tracking of reported incidents across the platforms that support procurement, purchasing, planning, inventory, and logistics operations. The user base supported by this role includes supply chain analysts, procurement specialists, buyers, planners, and program managers. Support case duration and technical complexity will range widely.
Beyond reactive support, you will be embedded in supply chain operations, working cross-functionally with Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, Program Management, IT, Engineering, Business Systems, and other stakeholders to solve complex systems problems that span multiple teams and don't fall neatly into any single domain. You bring structure to ambiguity, think in systems, and drive solutions where others see only complexity.
$77,000—$130,000 USD
