Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, sociology, or a closely related field is required.
• One year experience in data tracking, community engagement and/or grant reporting.
• Two years experience in social work and/or case management with justice-involved individuals.
• Ability to prepare written reports and to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workflow of the SUD reentry grant.
• Maintain a reentry tracker for program data across phases (incarceration to post-release).
• Monitor progress, track outcomes, and evaluate interventions.
• Complete timely monthly, quarterly, yearly, and close-out reports.
• Engage stakeholders to support data-driven decisions within public safety and behavioral health networks.
• Coordinate reporting within the existing electronic records management system.
