Responsibilities

• Step in for a classroom teacher following district lesson plans and Kelly policies.
• Lead instruction by implementing the teacher's plans.
• Instruct students on classroom topics and coursework.
• Build positive relationships with students.
• Assign tasks and homework within school policies.
• Encourage student participation and learning.
• Create a conducive learning environment.
• Adapt to different learning styles.
• For long-term roles, develop lesson plans and create/grade tests.
