• Delivers classroom instruction in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Maintains confidentiality of student and staff information.
• Implements lesson plans using prescribed district methods.
• Motivates students to learn and participate in instruction.
• Maintains a positive learning environment and ensures classroom safety.
• Provides supervision to ensure student health and safety.
• Reports injuries or incidents to the front office immediately.
• Attends to non-teaching duties (lunch, recess, study hall).
