Converse County School District #1 is seeking Daily Substitute Teachers to support students and staff across various campuses. You will supervise classrooms, deliver instruction per lesson plans, and document student progress while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Eligible candidates must hold a current Substitute Certificate from the Professional Teachers Standards Board in Wyoming. The district offers flexible day-by-day assignments with an automated system to pick up jobs that fit

Current Substitute Certificate required from Wyoming's Professional Teachers Standards Board.

Responsabilidades

Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction, and student learning.
Translates lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time for instruction
Conducts ongoing assessment of student learning, and modifies instructional methods to fit individual student's needs, including students with special needs; conducts individual small group instruction as needed.
Ensures that student conduct conforms with the school's standards and school district policies, and maintains standards of pupil behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom.
