CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Wisconsin to lead pharmacy operations and deliver clinical services within a CVS location. The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and teamwork, with responsibilities covering dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and regulatory compliance.

The Pharmacist supports the Pharmacy Manager and may act as the on-duty pharmacist when needed. Qualified candidates hold an active state pharmacist license, an active NPI, and are not DEA-excluded.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Living our purpose by improving patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts with coaching and follow-up.
• Assume Pharmacy Manager duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Provide empathetic patient care and help resolve insurance and medication issues with the team.
• Proactively offer and deliver immunizations and coach technicians to immunize.
• Manage pharmacy inventory with focus on cold chain protection and best practices.
• Ensure operations comply with state Board regulations and CVS policies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and assist with staffing as directed by the Manager.
