Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• CFY considered for this position.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Licensed by the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts; Missouri Speech Language Pathologist License required.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and time-management, verbal and non-verbal communication, basic computer skills, independence and listening skills.
• Physical requirements: stamina to sit for prolonged periods, walk/move frequently, lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish an effective plan of care using evaluation and screening.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians and others.
• Write clear, legible documentation for care planning.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize equipment, supplies and procedures to achieve expected outcomes.
