Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a leading national inpatient rehabilitation organization. You will develop and administer individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification completed or in progress.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
