Job summary

Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs at our nationwide inpatient locations. You will develop individualized plans, document progress, and adjust therapy as needed, contributing to meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
