Job summary

Encompass Health in New Hampshire is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our national inpatient rehabilitation network. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language needs, developing personalized therapy plans and tracking progress to maximize outcomes.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, leverage advanced technologies, and participate in ongoing learning opportunities as part of the nation’s largest rehabilitation company.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient progress and milestones throughout therapy.
