Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and language challenges within a supportive team.

You'll evaluate, design and administer personalized treatment plans, track progress, and adapt therapy as needed, contributing to a national leader in post-acute care and benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor's degree with field experience

CCC Certification
