Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language therapy to patients. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans, identify issues, and adjust therapy as needed while tracking progress and documenting outcomes in a collaborative inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required (or must be achieved).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
