Geisinger Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services. You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in a rehabilitation setting.

The role requires current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, and CPR either at hire or within 30 days. A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with relevant field experience, to support

• Certification: Speech-Language Pathology CCC (CCC-SLP) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
