Responsibilities

• Assess referrals, patient conditions and histories to determine therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations and develop discharge plans based on assessments.
• Administer speech-language pathology treatments tailored to patients.
• Design rehabilitative programs for language, swallowing and memory.
• Educate patients and families on home therapy practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and participate in care conferences.
