Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with communication disorders, develop individualized therapy plans, and educate families about therapy techniques. Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current valid state SLP licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Current valid CPR certification preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
