Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy at our hospital in Raleigh, NC. You will evaluate, plan, and administer individualized treatment to help patients regain communication skills and swallow safety.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the care team.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience

ASHA CCC (Cert. of Clinical Competence)
