Beth Israel Lahey Health's Westwood, MA-based BILH Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to support the Specialty Pharmacy team in accurate and timely Rx fulfillment and delivery.

You will manage inventory, packaging, and checkout via the POS system, while ensuring HIPAA and PHI compliance during all delivery activities. The role requires attention to detail and strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Licensed Certified Pharmacy Technician required.
  • 1-3 years related work experience required.
  • Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.
  • 340B experience preferred.
  • Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of the pharmacy fulfillment process including ordering and processing inventory, storage and rotation of stock, accurately filling/counting Rx orders, and processing payment utilizing the POS system.
  • Processing, tracking, and communicating all mail/delivery of Rx orders including addressing problems/issues with delivery process.
  • Maintaining and procuring inventory of packaging and pharmacy supplies.
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance of pharmacy and loading dock areas, including pharmacy equipment.
  • Enforcement of HIPAA and PHI regulations during delivery process.

Job is physical in nature and employee needs to stand and/or move around through the majority of their shift.Pay Range:$26.00 – $34.99The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
