Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Westwood, MA seeks a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to support the Specialty Pharmacy Fulfillment Lead and Pharmacists in accurate, timely Rx fulfillment and delivery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring secure handling of medications and adherence to all HIPAA/PHI rules.

The role requires a high school diploma, a pharmacy tech license, and 1-3 years of related experience, with basic computer skills for warehouse and POS tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician license required; CPT Board certificate preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers; ability to navigate basic web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of the pharmacy fulfillment process including inventory management, storage and rotation of stock, accurately filling and counting Rx orders.
• Processing, tracking, and communicating mail/delivery of Rx orders including addressing problems with the delivery process.
• Maintaining and procuring inventory of packaging and pharmacy supplies.
• Enforcement of HIPAA and PHI regulations during the delivery process.
