Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support primary-aged learners in a vibrant charter school. This full-time contract role focuses on individualized instruction, IEP development, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to help each student thrive.

You will foster an inclusive classroom, monitor progress with data-driven methods, and communicate with families and staff to champion student success. A valid SPED license is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current certification/licensure as a Special Education Teacher.
• Experience with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and collaborative teaching.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction and adapt curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
