Qualifications

• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with school teaching platforms and technology for virtual learning.
• Proven track record of student achievement results.

Responsibilities

• Lead instruction and training of scholars in classroom and/or assigned grade levels.
• Develop and implement daily instruction plans aligned to long-range goals.
• Use differentiated, research-based instructional strategies to engage scholars.
• Conduct interim assessments and track progress to diagnose areas of misunderstanding.
• Maintain attendance, behavior and progress records; communicate with parents.
• Set goals and monitor progress across interim cycles.
• Ensure safety and well-being of scholars on campus and at events.
• Collaborate with families and school administration to support student success.
• Attend faculty meetings and contribute to school programs and events.
• Assist with recruitment efforts as needed.
