Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively through written and verbal communication with students and staff.
• Ability to take direction and work independently when needed.
• Ability to implement developmental, academic, and behavioral supports under supervision.
• Associates’ Degree or equivalent; or pass an academic competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to eligible students per educational plan under licensed supervision.
• Manage behavioral challenges using positive, proactive approaches.
• Complete district-mandated trainings and PD opportunities.
• Assist with data collection tasks as assigned by staff.
• Complete Medicaid billing as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
