Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two years (60 credits) of college coursework or an associate degree or passing ParaPro
• Prior experience in schools or child care
• Experience with individuals with special needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides instructional support to individual students or small groups under the supervision of a teacher
• Collaborates with teachers and staff to enhance students' educational experience
• Implements students' IEPs as directed
• Other duties as assigned
