Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
TA, HHA or CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with academic and behavioral needs.
Support teachers with instruction, classroom activities, and daily routines.
Assist with behavior management strategies and intervention plans.
Encourage participation, focus, and positive social interaction in the classroom.
Track student progress and communicate updates with teachers and school staff.
