Job summary

Framatome in Richland, WA is seeking a software professional to design, develop, and implement applications per detailed specifications. You will work on 24x7 MES environments, perform upgrades, and contribute to project teams in the manufacturing space.

The role requires at least 5 years of related experience, a CS/engineering degree, and strong knowledge of C++, C#, and other tools. You will mentor junior engineers and help customers meet budget and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Understanding of network protocols and deployment across environments.
• Proficient with PC-based applications and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Work from detailed programming specifications, design, modify, develop, write and implement software applications.
• Participate in testing process through test reviews, analysis, witnessing and certification.
• Support and/or install software applications/operating systems.
• Manage installation and configuration of more complex third-party applications.
• Provide resolution to problems and improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Explain the financial impact of a solution to assist customers with budgets.
