• Responds to urgent and emergent mental health and psychosocial crises.
• Provides clinical case management addressing medical, behavioral, social, environmental, and cultural determinants of health.
• Provides consultation to medical, behavioral health, and administrative staff regarding psychosocial and behavioral health factors impacting patient care.
