Job summary

Proner & Proner, a plaintiffs' personal injury firm in Midtown Manhattan, seeks a versatile marketer to own social media and client intake workflows. You will plan, write, film, and edit content across major platforms and build a monthly calendar covering case results, education, and firm culture.

You will also manage intake calls and forms, interview prospective clients with empathy, record details in our CRM, and coordinate with attorneys to convert wins into accessible content.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, customer service, call center, sales, or legal intake.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Writing should be clean, warm, and clear.
• Comfort on camera and behind it; able to shoot and edit vertical video on a phone.
• Working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or comparable tools.
• Genuine empathy for injured clients and their families.
• Strong organization and follow-through to avoid missed leads.
• Familiarity with case management and CRM software; legal-specific platforms are a plus.
• Discretion; handle confidential client information with care.

Responsibilities

• Create, write, film, and edit short form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Build a monthly content calendar with case results, client education, and firm culture topics.
• Write captions and copy that sound authentic, not like a brochure.
• Coordinate with attorneys to convert case wins and legal developments into accessible content.
• Capture photos and video around the office, at events, and on location.
• Track reach, engagement, and leads; report on what works.
• Collaborate with SEO and paid search vendors to align organic social with marketing goals.
• Support motorcycle rights and community outreach content coverage.
• Handle incoming inquiries via calls, web forms, chat, and social messages for prospective clients.
• Conduct compassionate intake interviews and log facts in the case management system.
• Flag promising matters to an attorney and follow up to secure signatures.
• Maintain intake records and weekly lead-source reports.
