Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Daytona Beach, FL. This full-time and PRN opportunity focuses on improving communication, swallowing, and quality of life through expert therapeutic care.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure or eligibility, and a CCC-SLP is preferred. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients and families while advancing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties
• Use evidence-based methods to boost patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Track progress, document sessions, and maintain records
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies for daily life
