AdvantageCare Rehabilitation in Montoursville, PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapist-led, patient-centered team. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver targeted therapies to help individuals communicate and swallow safely, while collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure lasting outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy with support from senior clinicians, continuing education opportunities, and a culture that values compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs are welcome with strong mentorship offered.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver direct therapy services and modify interventions based on patient response and progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skills and long-term success.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
